I’m currently exploring a high-impact, on-site role in Regina, Saskatchewan, where I’ll be leading a talented team of technical experts, business SMEs, and vendor partners to deliver a transformational data migration initiative. This is a chance to make a real difference by driving successful outcomes, managing complex deliverables, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

📅 Contract Details:
📍 Location: Regina, Saskatchewan (on-site)
⏳ Contract Term: Initial term with the option to extend for two (2) additional one-year terms
📅 Start Date: May 1, 2025
📅 End Date: May 1, 2027

✨ Key Responsibilities:
✅ Overall project performance responsibility for managing scope, cost, schedule, and deliverables.
✅ Leading cross-functional teams, including technical experts, business SMEs, and vendor partners.
✅ Ensuring alignment with project goals and successful delivery of outcomes.
✅ Proactively identifying and mitigating risks to avoid delays and cost overruns.
✅ Creating and managing comprehensive project documentation.
✅ Adhering to organizational standards, practices, and processes.

🔍 What I’m looking for:
✅ PMP certification (Project Management Professional).
✅ Proven experience in managing large-scale data conversion and migration projects.
✅ Strong skills in scope, cost, schedule, and risk management.
✅ A track record of building strong relationships with cross-functional teams and vendors.
✅ Expertise in creating and managing comprehensive project documentation.
