Gather and vet business requirements 📋
Create, manage, and resolve stories in Jira 🛠️
Document and execute user story acceptance tests ✅
Manage incidents and enhancement requests 🔧
Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver top-notch solutions 🤝

🔍 WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
3-5 years of experience in an IT analyst role 💻
Strong facilitation and analytical skills 🧠
Experience working in agile environments 🔄
A self-starter with intellectual curiosity and perseverance 💪
