Are you a seasoned change management expert looking for your next challenge? We’re seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Change Management Consultant to help drive the successful adoption of transformative digital technologies and processes for our client’s Transition Program.

What You’ll Do:
Lead the Charge: Create and implement change management strategies that drive adoption of new technologies, processes, and ways of working.
Engage Stakeholders: Work closely with cross-functional teams to build buy-in, foster a culture of change readiness, and ensure smooth transitions throughout the organization.
Empower Employees: Develop communication plans, training programs, and employee engagement strategies that resonate across all levels.
Drive Results: Measure the effectiveness of your strategies and make data-driven adjustments to ensure the change sticks.

Who We’re Looking For:
Experience: At least 8 years in change management, ideally in large-scale digital transformation IT programs.
👉 Digital Expertise: A solid understanding of how digital technologies impact business operations and culture.
Communication & Leadership Skills: Excellent in presenting, facilitating, and simplifying complex information for all stakeholders.
Analytical Mindset: Capable of assessing change impact, interpreting data, and refining strategies.
Public Transit Knowledge: Bonus points if you have experience in public transportation!
