Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Delphi Technical Consultant to support and enhance critical legacy applications built on the Delphi (Embarcadero) platform. This role involves technical support, upgrades, functional analysis, and documentation of complex business logic. The consultant will collaborate closely with business and technical teams to ensure smooth application performance and compliance with new business/legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Provide in-depth functional analysis of Delphi applications.
✅ Document complex business and technical application logic.
✅ Assist in developing a strategic Delphi application upgrade plan.
✅ Implement and support application changes based on new business/legal requirements.
✅ Upgrade, deploy, and provide production support for Delphi applications.
✅ Develop and maintain Crystal Reports and batch processing schedules.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
✔ 7+ years of experience in Information Technology.
✔ 4+ years of experience developing or maintaining client/server applications using Delphi (Embarcadero).
✔ Expertise in supporting, analyzing, and upgrading Delphi applications.
✔ Strong analytical skills for understanding complex business logic.
✔ Experience engaging with business and technical teams to define functional requirements.
✔ Proficiency in migrating applications to Microsoft SQL Server.
✔ Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
✔ Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.

Preferred Candidate
☑️ Experience developing and maintaining Java programs.
☑️ Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g., Confluence, Jira, BitBucket).
☑️ Proficiency in team collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, Slack, Cisco Jabber).
☑️ Experience with wireframing/sketching tools (e.g., MS Visio, Miro, InVision).
