BQ International Ltd. is seeking a talented Sr. Change Management Consultant to support a major public sector client in Manitoba on a high-impact initiative. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring smooth adoption, effective stakeholder engagement, and measurable success for large-scale changes.

Are you a Change Management expert passionate about driving adoption and ensuring seamless transitions? Do you hold a PROSCI certification and have a proven track record of deploying complex technical solutions? If so, we have an incredible opportunity for you!

Key Details:
📍 Location: Remote (within Canada)
🗓️ Contract Duration: 1-year initial term with two possible 12-month extensions (based on performance)
🕐 Start Date: Monday, March 3, 2025
🛠 Industry: Public Sector (Insurance)

What You’ll Do:
✅ Oversee change management activities for technology and process enhancements
✅ Manage problem resolution, capacity planning, and change requests
✅ Provide detailed reporting (monthly reports, project tracking, time tracking)
✅ Ensure smooth delivery with minimal impact on stakeholders
✅ Drive adoption, utilization, and proficiency of changes across teams
✅ Develop comprehensive change management plans (Stakeholder Impact Analysis, Readiness Assessments, etc.)
✅ Track success metrics to measure the effectiveness of change initiatives

Must-Have Skills & Experience:
✔️ 7+ years of Change Management experience (preferably with professional certification)
✔️ PROSCI certification highly preferred
✔️ Experience with complex technical deployments
✔️ Strong communication, planning, and time management skills
✔️ Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage resistance effectively
✔️ University Degree or equivalent experience
