Working with one of the top financial clients this role calls for a Business Process Analyst/ServiceNow who will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of business processes within our enterprise systems, particularly ServiceNow. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to create comprehensive documentation and training materials for end users and administrators.
Responsibilities:
Perform end-to-end quality assurance (QA) testing of business processes within the ServiceNow platform.
Identify and document defects, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities in workflows and configurations.
Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure issues are resolved and processes are optimized.
Create detailed end-user and administrator process guides that are clear, concise, and easy to follow.
Develop engaging training materials, including written documents, video tutorials, and interactive content, to support user adoption and proficiency.
Continuously update materials to reflect changes in processes or system configurations.
Support the oversight and governance of new business processes and datasets within the enterprise system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals.
Develop and enforce governance standards for processes and datasets to maintain system efficiency and reliability.
Act as a liaison between technical teams, business users, and leadership to gather requirements, provide feedback, and ensure alignment on process improvements.
Conduct workshops and training sessions to enhance user understanding of enterprise systems and processes.
Desired Skill Set:
3 years of experience in Business Analysis
3 years of expertise in documentation and process improvement
3 years of experience in executing strategies for change within the org (training materials, etc. and delivering)
3 years of experience with Process Mapping
3 years of experience with ServiceNow
Experience with a governance management tool
Strong communication skills – able to talk to different broad range of audiences
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
