Business Analyst with CFA Certification

Job Title: Business Analyst with CFA Certification (Level 1 will work)
Location: Mississauga, ON, Canada
3 Days Hybrid from Day 1

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in capital or fixed markets to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on capital markets. The candidate should also have expertise in SQL and hold a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification.

Requirements:
·        CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certification is required.
·        Minimum of 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the capital or fixed markets industry.
·        Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, or a related field.
·        Strong knowledge of capital markets products, including equities, fixed income, derivatives, and investment banking.
·        Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and querying.
·        Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
·        Experience with Agile methodologies and tools is a plus.
·        Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements is desirable.
