About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Sr IT Systems Analyst (iManage) to join our dynamic team! This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take ownership of the iManage technology portfolio and lead the technical direction for iManage-related platforms. The role offers a blend of technical leadership, troubleshooting, system administration, and collaboration with business teams and global counterparts.

As the iManage Product Owner and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Canada, you will be at the forefront of supporting iManage platforms, driving enhancements, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. You’ll act as the technical lead for the iManage suite and partner with multiple stakeholders to ensure the technology aligns with business needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as iManage Product Owner and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for iManage technology in Canada.
Handle technical escalations and collaborate with vendors for issue resolution, system enhancements, and roadmaps.
Lead iManage Cloud configuration and management, partnering with global teams for smooth operations.
Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and system performance monitoring across the iManage suite.
Oversee the system upgrade process, including critical patches and updates outside peak business hours.
Conduct business and functional analysis to ensure the platform aligns with business needs and optimizes system usage.
Develop and execute system/process efficiency initiatives and implement solutions to enhance platform functionality.
Maintain system documentation, including run books, knowledge base articles, and service transition materials.
Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional development.
Provide after-hours support for major incidents as needed.

Qualifications:
10+ years of IT experience, with 7+ years in a similar role.
5+ years of hands-on experience with iManage Work, including exposure to iManage Cloud, iManage Share, iManage Threat Manager, and iManage Security Policy Manager.
Strong troubleshooting abilities and proficiency in SQL scripting, .NET, Windows Server, and Windows Desktop.
Experience in business and functional analysis, understanding business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
Preferred: Bilingual (English and French), ITIL Foundation, PMP, CBAP, or Agile certifications.
Strong communication skills with the ability to handle conflicting demands, meet deadlines, and drive operational excellence.
