BUSINESS CONSULTANT CHANGE CONSULTANT

Must have skills:-
Master’s degree in finance or MBA in Finance or closely related field
Minimum of 09 to 12 years of experience as Change specialist or Domain architect in Government deposits and Collateral Management Domain
Very good understanding of Government deposits and Collateral Management
Experience in working on large transformation programs for a full Change lifecycle
Experience of managing coordinating and working with Sr client stakeholders and technical team
Handson experience and good domain knowledge of Government deposits and Collateral Management
Good stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Ability to work crossfunctionally to remove blockers for the team
Ability to elicit unstated requirements and document them
Creating analyzing and validating detailed functional specifications L1 L2 L3 based on business requirements
Ability to analyze business requirements write user stories FSD and suggest relevant design solutions
Experience in building bespoke platformproducts
Good exposure to systems design including data business rules wireframes or other detailed deliverables
Facilitating design sessions with the business stakeholder solution architects and development team to define the solution
Participation in all phases of functional discussion to provide support as subject matter expertise and to ensure smooth rollout of projects
