Summer 2025 Co-op: Talent Planning Analyst (8 months)

We have an interesting opportunity for you to join our Talent Planning team as an Analyst for Resource Management & Talent Planning that supports our Financial Services Business Unit across the Greater Toronto Area.

You will be a part of a dynamic resourcing team which:

– Supports leaders with their bench and internal resourcing.
– Optimizes tools, systems and reporting related to Resource Management.
– Ensures effective set up in the system for new talent.
– Manage internal stakeholders by working closely with Hiring Managers to identify, create, track and maintain relevant resourcing information.

In an effort to foster collaboration and partner with clients, co-op students will be required to be in the office multiple times a week.
