IT Program Manager

Position Title: Sr. IT Program Manager
Location: Hybrid (Toronto) Onsite twice a week, but flexibility required
Contract Duration: 02/03/2025 – 01/30/2026 (Potential to extend/convert)

🔑 Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced IT Program Manager to join a Capital Transformation Project aimed at modernizing and consolidating finance regulatory reporting. This long-term contract offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Technology, Risk, and Legal.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support end-to-end program management for finance regulatory reporting modernization
• Review current processes, systems, and governance; recommend improvements
• Develop and implement new regulatory reporting processes and best practices
• Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders
• Ensure effective knowledge transfer of ongoing regulatory reporting activities

Must-Have Skills:
✅ 7+ years of Program Management experience
✅ Strong Data & Technology expertise
✅ Extensive experience in Financial & Regulatory Reporting (7+ years)
✅ Deep understanding of Regulatory Capital Requirements
✅ Executive communication & relationship management skills
✅ Experience with System Implementation & Rollouts
✅ MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

Nice-to-Have Skills:

💡 Access Database knowledge
