Hiring Opportunity: Vendor Management Associate (Full-Time) – Onsite/Hybrid in Regina, SK

We are seeking a Vendor Management Associate to join a dynamic team in a hybrid role based in Regina, Saskatchewan. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced Vendor Management Office while supporting IT’s contingent workforce and hardware-related invoicing processes.

Start Date: February 10, 2025
Duration: 12-month contract (with possibility of extension)

What You Will Do:
Engage and manage IT’s contingent workforce by releasing Requests for Resources (RFRs) to vendors and managing Statements of Work (SOWs) through DocuSign.
Create purchase orders in SAP and track contingent workforce contracts using ServiceNow.
Collaborate with the Invoice Administrator on IT hardware invoicing, mobile/landline phone support, and creating purchase orders.
Assist with day-to-day Vendor Management Office activities to support ongoing operations.

Nice to Have:
Familiarity with ServiceNow.
Experience creating purchase orders in SAP.
Experience routing documents for electronic signature using DocuSign.
