📍 Location: Hybrid – Onsite at Corporate Office 2 days/week, Remote 🌐
📆 Contract Term: Feb 10, 2025 – Feb 28, 2026

🔑 Key Responsibilities:
As a Vendor Management Associate, you will be at the heart of managing contingent workforce operations. Your main tasks will include:

✅ Releasing Requests for Resources (RFR’s) to vendors
✅ Managing Statements of Work (SOW’s) and processing them through Docusign
✅ Creating purchase orders in SAP
✅ Tracking and managing contingent workforce contracts in ServiceNow
✅ Collaborating on IT hardware invoicing, mobile/landline phone support, and more!

💼 Skills & Experience You Bring:
✅ Organization & Detail-Oriented – You’re an expert in keeping everything on track and running smoothly
✅ Excellent Communication – Building strong relationships with vendors and internal teams is second nature to you
✅ Proactive & Problem Solver – You bring solutions to the table and drive efficiency
✅ IT Knowledge – 2+ years working with IT hardware, software subscriptions, and professional services
✅ Contract & Invoice Management – Experience managing IT contracts and invoices for at least 2 years
✅ Excel Mastery – Advanced skills in Excel for tracking, reporting, and analysis

✨ Nice-to-Have Skills:
✔️ Experience with ServiceNow
✔️ Knowledge of creating purchase orders in SAP
✔️ Familiarity with routing documents for signature through Docusign
