Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Canada IT Club! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services.
By accessing this website, we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Canada IT Club if you do not agree to take all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.
1. Content
The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Canada IT Club’s website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:
- modify or copy the materials;
- use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
- attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Canada IT Club’s website;
- remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
- transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Canada IT Club at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
3. Membership
To access certain features of Canada IT Club, you may be required to register for membership. By registering for membership, you agree to provide accurate and complete information about yourself as prompted by the registration form. You also agree to maintain the security of your account credentials and accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Content
By submitting content (including but not limited to job listings, resumes, comments, and messages) to Canada IT Club, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.
You are solely responsible for the content you submit, and you warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant us the license described above. Canada IT Club reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms and conditions or is otherwise objectionable.
5. Limitations
In no event shall Canada IT Club or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Canada IT Club’s website, even if Canada IT Club or a Canada IT Club authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
Canada IT Club serves as a platform for sharing job opportunities posted by recruiters and agencies. We do not assume responsibility for the accuracy, legitimacy, or quality of the job postings shared on our platform. It is the sole responsibility of the recruiters and agencies to ensure the authenticity and compliance of their job postings with applicable laws and regulations.
6. Revisions and Errata
The materials appearing on Canada IT Club’s website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Canada IT Club does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Canada IT Club may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. Canada IT Club does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.
7. Links
Canada IT Club has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Canada IT Club of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.
8. Modifications to Terms and Conditions
Canada IT Club may revise these terms and conditions for its website at any time without notice. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these terms and conditions.
9. Governing Law
Any claim relating to Canada IT Club’s website shall be governed by the laws of Canada without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
