We’re looking for an experienced 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐜𝐞 𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐀𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐲𝐬𝐭 who can bridge business needs with scalable CRM solutions and drive end-to-end enhancements across the Salesforce ecosystem.

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience
• Strong background in Salesforce projects (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud)
• Experience with SOQL, data management, reports & dashboards
• Skilled in requirements gathering, process mapping & documentation
• Excellent communication & problem-solving abilities
• Exposure to Agile delivery models
• Salesforce certifications (BA/Admin/App Builder) are an added advantage
