We’re looking for a senior Oracle Reporting Lead to support reporting across SCM, Finance, and HCM in an Oracle Fusion Cloud program.

🔹𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨
• Lead reporting strategy and delivery across multiple workstreams
• Build reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and OAC
• Gather requirements, run workshops, and translate needs into technical specs
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and operational reports
• Ensure data accuracy, performance, and security
• Work closely with integration & data teams
• Support UAT, user training, and go-live readiness

🔹What You Bring
• 8+ years in reporting/analytics
• 5+ years with Oracle Fusion Cloud (SCM/FIN/HCM)
• Strong hands-on experience with OTBI, BIP, OAC
• Experience leading cross-functional reporting workstreams
• Healthcare experience (nice to have)
• Excellent communication & stakeholder skills
