Focus Cloud Group are supporting an industry leading organization in Canada who are looking to hire a ‘Workday HR Technology Lead’ on a full time permanent basis to join their internal Workday team.

 

This Workday customer is mature in Workday but constantly investing in the system and always looking to leverage the latest and greatest Workday has to offer. This is a great opportunity to join a very talented team who own the Workday platform and keep all Workday support internal except the most complex Studio requirements.

 

We are looking for ‘Senior Workday HRIS Specialists’ and ‘Workday HRIS Leads’ based in and around Toronto who can bring solid hands-on Workday configuration experience coupled with strong communication and relationship management skills.

 

This is a hybrid role so candidates must be based in or around Toronto with the ability to work from the office in Downtown Toronto on a hybrid basis.

 

𝗗𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘀:

🔸Role – Workday HR Tech Lead

🔸Client – leading Financial Institution

🔸Type – permanent, full time

🔸Salary – up to C$120,000 + 12-24% bonus

🔸Benefits – all the usual + 11% pension match

🔸Responsibilities – lead projects, yearly releases & updates, and day to day support for your functional area within Workday

🔹Strong communication, stakeholder and relationship management skills

🔹Advanced hands-on Workday configuration skills including BPs, condition rules, eligibility rules, calculated fields, reports etc

🔹Expertise in 1 or more of the following Workday modules: Recruiting, Talent & performance, Learning
