Workplace Arrangements:

This role will follow a fully remote schedule. Applicants for this role can expect to work from home 5 days a week for an 8-5 schedule.

About The Role:

Giant Tiger’s site merchandising content and promotional activities including seasonal promotions, in-store features, multi-buys, GT VIP and clearance events are displayed accurately across all digital channels deployed on time, on brand and is aligned to corporate Marketing strategies and go-to-market plans.

 

What You’ll be Doing:

Produce, build and test online content for promotional events such as but not limited to Multi-Buys, seasonal clearance events as well as coupon codes for events and promotions ensuring promotional and event pricing is accurate and using Contentful (CMS), produce and deploy site merchandising content including but not exclusive to L1, PLPs, Curated collections, carousels and static pagesProduce and deploy site merchandising content for promotional pages, working with digital design and translation teams to ensure content to support promotional events is created and deployed on timeExecute processes with Marketing, Category Management, eComm ops, and Site Ops teams to ensure seasonal and GTMPs are accurately deployedExecute processes with Category Managers and Inventory teams to understand product depth, breadth and availability; recommending seasonally relevant tactics to increase conversion and sell thruIdentify key metrics and trends to make in-flight recommendations and pivots and report post launch metricsExecute and deploy corporate content pages (FAQs, Product Advisories Careers, etc.) communicating concepts and plans with relevant cross-functional teamsWork with email and Digital Marketing teams to build appropriate landing pages and custom collection pages

What You’ll Bring:

Bachelors’ degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design or a related field3+ years in eCommerce experience (Merchandising and/or Digital Marketing)Experience using site analytics tools such as Google AnalyticsExperience with a content management systemAbility to prioritize and re-prioritize workKnowledge of retail and eCommerce industryCustomer focused with a mobile first mentality

Assets You May Have:

Experience working with Graphic designers and copy writersExperience with Figma, Shopify, AkeneoBilingual
