Job Title: Webmaster & Marketing Technology Associate

Work Model: Hybrid

Salary Range: $70,000–$90,000

 

 

 

About the Role:

An established and collaborative marketing team is seeking a proactive and technically skilledWebmaster & Marketing Technology Associate.

 

This individual will be the go-to owner of the corporate website, support the execution of digital marketing initiatives, and drive various marketing technology projects from end to end. The position offers a high level of ownership, visibility, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully across digital touchpoints.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the corporate website: content updates, plugin functionality, domain management, SEO enhancements, and UI/UX improvementsPartner with internal teams and external vendors to deliver technical web and marketing solutionsLead and coordinate a variety of marketing technology initiatives, such as multimedia, data management, CRM, and content distribution projectsUse platforms such as WordPress and Google AnalyticsTrack, analyze, and report on website traffic and performance metricsSupport digital marketing campaigns across social, email, and webMaintain project documentation, timelines, and compliance processes

What We’re Looking For:

3–5+ years in a website management or marketing technology roleProficiency in WordPress (including plugin management) is a mustExperience with marketing tech tools such as Seismic, Zendesk, Salesforce, Google AnalyticsWorking knowledge of PHP, CSS and/or HTML is an asset (not a core requirement)Strong organizational skills and ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teamsDemonstrated experience optimizing digital UX/UI and SEOB2B digital experience, ideally with complex or regulated industriesProven ability to take initiative, manage competing priorities, and execute with precision
