I’m recruiting for a Web Operations & Digital Project Specialist to join the incredible team at Lifemark Health Group on a full-time, 6-month contract (with the possibility of extension!).

📍 Hybrid: North York (243 Consumers Rd.)
🏢 4 days in-office | 🏡 1 day remote

If you thrive on managing website projects, juggling priorities, working with cross-functional teams, and keeping digital initiatives running smoothly, I’d love to connect with you!

You’ll work across a portfolio of 70+ websites, partner with Marketing and Technology teams, manage exciting website migrations, support Drupal environments, and help deliver meaningful digital experiences for one of Canada’s leading healthcare organizations.

💻 We’re looking for someone with:
✔️ 3–5 years of web operations or digital project management experience
✔️ Drupal experience (multisite is a huge plus!)
✔️ Experience with tools like Zendesk, Azure DevOps, or similar
✔️ Strong project management, stakeholder management, and QA skills
