2 Web Developers (Canadian Government Contract)
Remote (with onsite meetings in Ottawa)
$35.00 – $55.00 per hour
Valid Enhanced Security Clearance Required

On behalf of a Canadian Government client, NORAMTEC is seeking two (2) experienced Web Developers to support the development and modernization of accessible digital forms.

What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of professional experience (within the last 10 years)
At least 2+ years of experience developing digital/PDF forms
Experience working with:
MS Word form formatting and layout optimization
Accessible PDF form creation
Dropdowns, radio buttons, free text fields, and date selectors
Digital signatures
Strong knowledge of Web Accessibility Requirements
Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks
Valid Enhanced Security Clearance (mandatory)

Key Responsibilities:
Review draft Word forms and recommend accessible formatting approaches
Develop dynamic, cross-compatible PDF forms
Ensure compliance with accessibility standards
Conduct QA during PDF development
Deliver final source files (Word & PDF)
Provide knowledge transfer for ongoing maintenance
