Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iteratively improve designs.
Develop and maintain design guidelines, standards, and documentation.
Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies in UI/UX design.
Ensure all designs align with brand identity and user needs.

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles.
Experience with responsive and mobile-first design.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
