SM Software Consulting is looking for an experienced UX Designer – Intermediate for an exciting opportunity with the Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement.
📍 Location: 222 Jarvis St, Toronto, Ontario (Onsite)
📅 Start Date: August 24, 2026
📅 End Date: December 2, 2026 (Extension possible)
⏳ Duration: 93 Business Days + 23 Days Extension
🕒 Hours: 7.25 hours/day
🔐 Security Level: CRJMC

Must Have Skills:
✅ Strong UX/UI Design experience for web and mobile applications
✅ Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD
✅ Experience creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user flows
✅ Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and create journey maps/sitemaps
✅ Strong user-centered design approach

Nice to Have:
⭐ Experience with Ontario Public Service (OPS) standards
⭐ Knowledge of accessibility standards (AODA) and government digital principles
⭐ Understanding of web development limitations, network security, and protocols
