📍 Location: Remote/Hybrid (Saskatchewan-based candidates preferred)
📅 Contract: 6 months | Expected starting date: April 1, 2026

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀
👉 Conduct user research, personas, journey maps & service blueprints
👉 Design wireframes, mockups & interactive prototypes in Figma
👉 Facilitate design-thinking workshops with cross-functional teams
👉 Optimize user flows for customer portals, broker tools & partner systems
👉 Ensure accessibility, usability & alignment with business and regulatory goals
👉 Contribute to design systems, UX standards, and mentoring

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
✅ Direct UX / research / design experience on the DRIVE Platform
✅ Certification: human-centered design, interaction design, visual design, etc.
✅ 3+ years experience in UI/UX design and product delivery
✅ Strong proficiency in Figma, prototyping, user research, design thinking, Scrum, Azure DevOps
