UX Designer

We’re Hiring: UX Designer (Contract Opportunity)

We at BQ INTERNATIONAL LTD. are seeking an experienced UX Designer to support a Saskatchewan-based insurance organization in delivering user-centered digital experiences across their platforms.

This role will support the insurance and digital product development sector, contributing to the research, design, and enhancement of modern digital solutions used by customers, partners, and internal teams.

Remote / Hybrid / On-site flexibility
Must be able to work Saskatchewan business hours (CST)

Key Expertise We’re Looking For
• User-centered design & UX strategy
• User research, usability testing & persona development
• User journey mapping & service blueprinting
• Wireframing, mockups & interactive prototyping
• Design thinking workshops
• Cross-functional collaboration (Product Managers, Developers, Business Analysts)
• Agile / Scrum environments
• Tools: Figma, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Office
