📍 Location: Whitby, ON (Hybrid)
🏢 Work Model:
• 5 days onsite during probation
• 3 days/week onsite post-probation
🕒 Contract: 12-month Fixed Term (High possibility of FTE conversion)
🗣 Interview Process: 2 Rounds (1 Web + 1 Face-to-Face)
🔹 About the Role
We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Frontend Developer with strong Angular expertise to help build intuitive, accessible, and responsive enterprise applications. You’ll play a key role in translating UI/UX designs into scalable front-end solutions while ensuring WCAG 2 accessibility compliance and design consistency across the platform.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Review UI/UX designs and provide technical feasibility feedback
✅ Implement UI/UX designs into new and existing enterprise applications
✅ Ensure WCAG 2 (Accessibility) compliance and guide teams on best practices
✅ Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces
✅ Develop reusable, configurable front-end components
✅ Participate in peer reviews focusing on responsiveness & accessibility
✅ Maintain documentation and unit testing
✅ Stay current with modern front-end trends and Angular updates
🔹 Required Skills & Experience
✔️ 8+ years of overall front-end development experience
✔️ 5+ years of hands-on Angular experience (Must-Have)
✔️ Strong skills in HTML, CSS/SASS, TypeScript
✔️ 3+ years building responsive web applications
✔️ 3+ years working with Angular Material (Material Design)
✔️ Experience implementing branding, style guides & design systems
✔️ Proven experience with WCAG 2.x accessibility standards
🔹 Nice to Have
➕ Enterprise / SaaS product experience
➕ Experience creating shared UI component libraries
➕ Accessibility tools & audits exposure
