Hiring: UI/UX Designer (Product Designer)
📍 Location: Toronto, ON – Hybrid (2–3 days in office)
📅 Duration: ASAP – Oct 30, 2026 (Potential Extension / FTE)
⏰ Hours: Monday–Friday | 9 AM – 5 PM (37.5 hrs/week)
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join a collaborative product team and help design intuitive, high-quality digital experiences for mobile platforms.
🔹 Must-Have Experience:
• 5+ years as a Product Designer working on complex digital products
• Strong visual design & UI craftsmanship with production-ready deliverables
• 2+ years working within large cross-functional teams (Product, BSA, Engineering, QA, Design, Content, Research)
• 3+ years transforming customer insights, research, and analytics into validated design solutions
• 2+ years of recent experience designing native iOS and Android apps
• Strong knowledge of Apple Human Interface Guidelines and Android Material Design
⭐ Nice to Have:
• Trading or Investing platform experience
• Banking / Financial services background
• Experience contributing to Design Systems (tokens, components, usage guidance)
• User onboarding experience
• Spanish bilingual is a plus
