We’re Hiring: Transfer of Work (ToW) Techno Manager

✅ Requirements:
Experience in Transfer of Work, ramp-up, or industrialization projects in aerospace or advanced manufacturing.
Strong understanding of aerospace assembly or fabrication processes, especially fuselage or large structural assemblies.
Proven expertise in project and transition planning, scheduling, and execution.
Excellent communication skills and ability to coordinate diverse technical and operations teams.
Knowledge of tooling, quality processes, and supply chain principles related to aerospace is preferred.
