Location:Toronto, Hybrid

Must haves:
The ability to demonstrate practical knowledge, experience, and application with using the Microsoft Dynamics CE and/or F&O environment(s).
eLearning authoring (instructional design and development)

Responsibilities:
Demonstrated experience with using Microsoft Dynamics CE and F&O platforms in business settings
Experience with designing and delivering Microsoft Dynamics-based training courses with authoring tools including Articulate Storyline and Rise; Camtasia, Vyond, MS Office Suite and more.
Well-versed in facilitation techniques and approaches to distil technical information for non-technical business users.
Skilled at leading synchronous, interactive and engaging virtual training sessions in organizations
Ability and experience in interpreting data and technical documentation for the design and development of training material
Ability to develop role-based training for a various business users within an organization
Extensive knowledge in learning measurement and evaluation including administering competency-based assessments
Familiar with AODA requirements for both interactive e-learning and written manuals.
