About the Role
NORAMTEC is seeking an experienced Training Specialist to support the design, development, and delivery of education and communication strategies for MIS and HRIS solutions within the public sector.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, review, and maintain education and communication strategy curricula and training documentation for all HSPs implemented on MIS and HRIS solutions
Support Online Learning Management Systems (LMS), including documentation maintenance
Provide guidance on the design and development of training and communication materials for working groups, information sessions, stakeholders, and subject matter experts
Facilitate working group meetings and information sessions (internal and external) to identify and address training needs using multiple delivery formats
Create, manage, and publish project and departmental communications through established approval processes
Consult on and facilitate the delivery of technical training related to MIS and HRIS software, reporting needs, legislative requirements, and pandemic-related considerations
Follow industry best practices, processes, and policies to maintain privacy and security standards

Training & Learning Skills
Proven experience in the design, development, and review of training documentation
Extensive end-user customer service experience
Online learning system requirements, support, and maintenance
Experience facilitating working groups and information sessions
Management & Communication Skills
Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills, including tact and diplomacy
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Effective listening skills with experience facilitating webinars
Self-motivated, flexible, and creative team player with strong multitasking abilities and a proven ability to meet strict deadlines
MIS / HRIS Experience (Desired)
Experience modifying MIS solution reports to meet healthcare client reporting needs
Proficiency with MIS, OHRS standards, and MMS (Materials Management System)
Proficiency with HRIS Quadrant applications, including HR, Payroll, Scheduling, Leave Management, and QSS modules
Must-Have Qualifications
Design, development, and review of training documentation
Online learning system requirements, support, and maintenance
