✅ Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, and business teams to assess training needs.
✅ Manage training governance, quality assurance, version control, and content maintenance.
✅ Evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvements.
✅ Mentor junior trainers and support high-quality learning delivery.
✅ Utilize digital collaboration and AI-enabled tools aligned with Government of Alberta standards.
