New Opportunity: Trade Reconciliation Specialist (Advanced) | Toronto Finance Hub

Are you a detail-oriented finance professional with a knack for settlements and reconciliation? We are currently recruiting for an Advanced Trade Reconciliation Specialist to join a high-performing Wealth Management team at a premier global financial institution!

This is a dynamic, 6-month contract based in the heart of downtown Toronto.

The Role:
Act as a key liaison between Traders and Clearing teams.
Coordinate settlements for North American and Global securities (Bonds, Equities, Money Markets).
Perform financial analysis on monthly statements and balance money entries.
Support a major system upgrade project (BaNCs).

What You Bring:
Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
1–2 years of experience in financial services/trade settlements.
Advanced Excel skills and a sharp eye for financial data.
Excellent communication skills for cross-institutional coordination.
