Third party security risk consultant (Banking – SOC 2)

Position: Third party security risk consultant (Banking – SOC 2) Type: 1 year contract + extensions Client: enterprise Banking Location: 2 times a week on site downtown Toronto Rate: 50-55/hr T4 OR 55-60/hr incorporated Required Skills & Experience – 5+ years of experience working within TPRM within a large enterprise, preferably within a major Canadian bank – Proven ability to measure risk and clearly present findings to senior leadership – Strong SOC 2 Type 2 experience, including: -Hands-on experience with SOC 2 Type 2 assessments – Experience participating in or supporting SOC 2 Type 2 audits – Direct experience reviewing SOC 2 Type 2 reports – Working knowledge of ISO 27001 – Strong documentation experience, including control narratives and evidence support – Ability to clearly articulate security and compliance risks in both written and verbal formats
