📌 Role Overview
Shared Health is seeking an experienced Testing and Quality Assurance Analyst with deep expertise in healthcare environments to support critical clinical system implementations. The ideal candidate brings extensive hands-on QA experience, strong knowledge of healthcare integrations, and proven testing leadership in acute care settings.
✅ Mandatory Certifications (Proof Required)
Prosci Organizational Change Management (OCM) – Valid
PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner – Valid
Lean Six Sigma – Valid
Copies of degrees and certifications must be uploaded in Bonfire
🎓 Education
Post-secondary degree (proof required)
WES or equivalent verification accepted
🧪 Required Skills & Experience
15+ years as a QA Analyst in a healthcare environment
Functional & regression testing
Test case creation and test objectives
Includes test environment assessment/configuration
Minimum 3 project examples totaling 15 years
2+ years testing alarm integration systems
(e.g., Rauland, Phillips) in an acute healthcare setting
3+ years testing Vocera system solutions in acute healthcare
3+ years testing HL7 integrations
Healthcare information systems
Clinical environment implementations
Minimum 2 project examples
3+ years using defect tracking tools
(e.g., JIRA)
