Shared Health Manitoba is seeking an experienced Testing and Quality Assurance Analyst to support healthcare transformation initiatives through high-quality system validation and integration testing.

This role focuses on executing comprehensive QA activities across complex clinical systems, including the creation of test cases, test objectives, and validation of workflows within healthcare environments.

This position requires 15 years of experience as a QA in healthcare, extensive experience testing solutions such as Vocera, Altera Sunrise, and alarm integration systems, along with strong expertise in HL7-based integrations across clinical information systems.

Prosci Organizational Change Management (OCM), PRINCE2, and Lean Six Sigma are mandatory requirements.
