📌 Role: RQ09679 – Test Lead (Senior)
📍 Location: 21 College Street, Toronto, Ontario (Onsite / Hybrid)
🗓 Start Date: November 3, 2025
⏳ End Date: May 8, 2026 (with probable extension)
💼 Duration: 128 Business Days
⏰ Hours: 7.25 per day
🔐 Security Level: CRJMC
✅ Must Have:
8+ years of QA experience, including leading QA teams
Strong expertise with Microsoft DevOps, Selenium, or other version control/automation tools
Experience with defect tracking, test planning, execution, and reporting
Knowledge of all phases of the SDLC
Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
🎯 Responsibilities:
Lead the development and execution of a multi-year test strategy
Design & implement an automated regression test suite
Oversee testing activities, defect management, and reporting
Collaborate with project managers, developers, and business teams
Mentor and guide QA team members
⭐ Nice to Have:
Public sector / government project experience
Hands-on knowledge of SharePoint, SaaS, Cloud applications
Strong background in UAT support & coordination
