Job Description: Test Lead
Position Overview: Our client seeks a highly skilled Test Lead with proven leadership capabilities and hands-on expertise in key testing tools. The ideal candidate will lead a team of approximately ➡️ 10 testers while actively participating in hands-on testing activities. This role involves ensuring end-to-end quality of applications across the entire portfolio.

Responsibilities:
•             Oversee the quality of the entire application development lifecycle, from planning through delivery.
•             Optimize resource allocation throughout the testing lifecycle to maximize efficiency.
•             Plan, manage, and lead the design and execution of comprehensive test strategies, including test plans and scenarios.
•             Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to ensure test strategies align with project objectives.
•             Establish proactive monitoring processes and create application health dashboards, focusing on detailed execution.
•             Provide actionable insights on testing and user stories during the development phase to ensure alignment with quality objectives.
•             Leverage AI and automation tools to improve testing efficiency and team productivity.
•             Lead, mentor, and coach the testing team to achieve deadlines and uphold quality standards.
Must-Have Skills:
•             In-depth understanding of the end-to-end application development lifecycle, including common pitfalls and areas for quality improvement.
•             Strong expertise in identifying gaps in user stories and ensuring thorough follow-through with test management processes.
•             Proven leadership experience managing a team of approximately 10 testers.
•             Hands-on experience with both manual and automated testing tools, particularly within service-oriented architecture environments.
•             Proficiency in SQL and database testing (including SQL Server, Oracle, and MS Access).
•             Strong project management skills with an emphasis on resource allocation and timeline management.
•             Significant experience managing the quality of large-scale, complex technical portfolios.
•             Proficient in unit testing coverage and its impact on the overall testing strategy.
•             Excellent communication skills, with an emphasis on collaboration and problem-solving abilities.

Nice to Have:
•             Experience with using AI for enhancing software testing processes.
•             Familiarity with Java, Curam, and Oracle database environments.
