Urgent Hiring – Test Data Management (TDM) Role in Downtown Toronto

We are actively seeking to fill a Test Data Management (TDM) position with a leading bank in Downtown Toronto as soon as possible.

Location: Downtown Toronto (Hybrid – 2 days/week in office)
Duration: 1-Year Contract

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement strategies for test data provisioning, masking, subsetting, and refresh across environments
– Collaborate with Development and QA teams to define and deliver test data solutions
– Manage and maintain TDM platforms and tracking sheets
– Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations through masking and anonymization
– Automate test data generation to improve efficiency
– Maintain data integrity, security, and availability across environments
– Troubleshoot and resolve TDM-related issues
– Document processes, standards, and best practices
– Train and support team members on TDM tools and methodologies
