Key Responsibilities:
Led and managed complex, high-value telecom projects, from concept to closeout.
Oversee vendor commitments, ensuring deliverables meet contractual obligations.
Develop, implement, and manage network transition strategies.
Build and guide junior staff, fostering a collaborative environment.
Conduct meetings, report progress, and drive risk mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in project management (Telecom/Public Safety Radio).
Expertise with tools like MS Project, Planview, Visio, and SharePoint.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in public sector governance and working across multiple complex teams.
Bonus Skills:
Experience with large-scale projects involving network design, implementation, and governance. Government experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to proactively manage risks.
