About the Role
Court Technology Services (CTS), within the Courts, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the design and development of technology implementation and program plans across multiple initiatives. The primary project you will drive is the Point-of-Sale (POS) Modernization Project, a critical initiative impacting over 80 court locations across all three levels of court.
This modernization will address legacy challenges—outdated technology, escalating costs, limited financial transparency, compliance risks, and manual inefficiencies—while enabling a more secure, efficient, and transparent financial transaction environment for court operations.

Key Responsibilities
As the Technology Services Project Manager, you will:
Lead, facilitate, and document strategic plans aligned with the Department’s vision.
Drive stakeholder engagement through meetings, workshops, and focus groups.
Prepare and present strategies, updates, and findings to executives, steering committees, and project teams.
Oversee risk, issues, and change management activities.
Develop business cases, cost-benefit analyses, and implementation strategies.
Provide quality assurance for project documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Manage tasks, timelines, and deliverables across cross-functional teams.
Coordinate approvals, track project progress, and provide transparent reporting.
Support integration with the Justice Online Information Network (JOIN) and other court systems.
Ensure compliance with PCI-DSS standards, cybersecurity policies, data residency requirements, and Azure Active Directory integration.
You will also contribute to additional initiatives, including Justice Digital (court digital transformation), CTS Transformation (IT delivery restructuring), and other technology infrastructure upgrades.

Qualifications & Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
8 to 10 years of experience in project management, strategy execution, change management, and IT stakeholder engagement.
Strong background in risk assessment, program development, and digital transformation projects.
Proven ability to prepare and deliver executive-level communications and documentation.
Hands-on experience with financial reporting, modeling, and government budgeting processes.
Familiarity with information management, privacy, and security frameworks.
Strong leadership and facilitation skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
Experience managing large-scale, complex technology projects in government or comparable organizations.
