Key Responsibilities:
Led the migration of complex environments, including Solaris LDOMs, Red Hat upgrades, and large-scale server refreshes.
Guide the transition from on-premises UNIX systems to GoCloud, ensuring knowledge transfer and operational continuity.
Spearheaded patch management, automation compliance, and infrastructure deployment projects.
Provide subject matter expertise in AIX, Solaris, and Red Hat Linux to ensure seamless operations.
Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to troubleshoot issues and drive continuous service improvement.
Manage server and infrastructure updates, while ensuring adherence to best practices for security, scalability, and performance.
Educate teams, prepare documentation, and support the growth of internal knowledge sharing.

Required Skills & Experience:
Enterprise Linux/Unix Infrastructure: 10+ years of experience with Red Hat Linux, AIX, and Solaris, providing oversight, migration, and transition activities.
Recent Experience: At least 3 years within the last 5 years working on data center operations, upgrades, and complex migrations.
Documentation & Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in documentation and change management.
Project Management: Over 10 years of experience leading large-scale projects in data center infrastructure refreshes, migrations, and uplifts.
