We have an initial 6-month contract requirement (with possible renewal up to one year) for a Technology Analyst or Infrastructure Analyst. This is a fully onsite role in the office located on the South side of Edmonton.

The Technology Analyst will be working with the infrastructure team whose main project will be moving the environment from SCCM to Intune. The Resource will be supporting the infrastructure, automating and enhancing the existing processes, providing quality solutions, and ensuring a healthy infrastructure through monitoring and reporting. Someone with strong Azure and M365 is highly preferred.

Some of the specific responsibilities include manage Azure infrastructure resources ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance standards; Hands on work with moving environments from SCCM to Intune; Implement and enforce security policies and access controls to ensure compliance and safeguard of the company’s data and infrastructure; Oversee and secure Entra ID (Azure AD), ensuring smooth integration with on-premises Active Directory; Identify and leverage cloud technologies, platforms, and associated methods to solve business and technical challenges.

Qualifications: Hands on technical work with Intune and SCCM; Azure certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, are an asset; At least 6 years of related experience; Understanding of modern Cybersecurity frameworks and their application in enterprise environments; Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and implement effective solutions; Proven experience in successfully contributing to and delivering Azure infrastructure projects, including implementing new technologies and solutions, etc.
