One of TEKsystems’ financial services customers is looking for a Technical Writer to join their team for a 6 month contract to permanent opportunity. This individual will be working with a dynamic team of Change Managers responsible for advocating on behalf of the client’s employees on new and revised technology services.

This opportunity is hybrid remote with 1 day on site per week (Downtown Toronto).

Must Have Skills
1) Strong Documentation and Technical Writing skills with experience providing Internal communications and online help through social media (MS Teams/ workday) posts to raise awareness about project and product changes.
2) Experience working with project managers and technology employees/stakeholders to ensure they’re keeping the ‘end-user’ in mind when making technology changes.
3) Technology project experience IE- Windows 11, mobility; Collect customer thoughts and feedback proactively and reactively to improve rollout of future changes.
