We’re currently supporting a major Canadian law enforcement client on a high-profile Intelligence Platform Project and are looking to connect with an experienced Technical Writer (Level 3) to join this exciting contract opportunity within the OTTAWA region 🍁.

✨ Technical Writer (Level 3)

We’re looking for candidates with experience in:

• Developing technical and project documentation for complex IT initiatives
• Collaborating with SMEs, developers, architects, and engineers
• Translating complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation
• Creating solution design documents, technical specifications, user guides, and operational documentation
• Developing business process documentation, workflows, training materials, and knowledge transfer packages
• Managing document version control, templates, style guides, and documentation repositories
• Producing architecture, integration, API, and system administration documentation

Experience supporting Government of Canada enterprise IT projects and working with multidisciplinary delivery teams is considered a strong asset.
