Technical Writer

Title: Technical Writer
Location: Edmonton, Alberta, T6B 2X3 (Onsite)
Duration: 03 Months + possible extension
Must Have:
Demonstrated experience in executive stakeholder relationship management and engagement (i.e. determining the needs of senior stakeholders and understanding business priorities and pressures). (6 years)
Experience in public sector procurement processes including an understanding of trade agreements and competitive bid law. (6 years)
Experience with Providing guidance to procurement officers and stakeholders on defining, interpreting, and applying technical specifications for RFXs (Requests for proposals, quotes, information etc). (6 years)
Professional Licenses/Certification
Completion of SCMP or other equivalent courses and associated certificates.
Demonstrated experience working as Trainer on at least 1 project in a large organization or public service environment, impacting 100+ staff. (4 years)
Experience with professional research methodologies. (4 years)
