Technical Solutions Manager

Our top 5 banking client is looking for a Technical Solutions Manager. The duration of the contract is until April 30, 2027 with a possible extension or conversion to FTE in downtown Toronto and it’s 1 day/month onsite. Pay rate – $98/hr Inc. + HST.

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1. 10+ years of experience leading technical teams within complex enterprise IT programs (Experience operating in regulated environments, preferably within financial services)
2. Demonstrated experience managing senior technical specialists (e.g., data architects).
3. Strong background in access management, data governance, collaboration platforms, or data security solution
4. Ability to translate architectural direction and regulatory expectations into practical, executable technical solutions.
5. Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM), data protection, or information governance concepts.
6. 5+ Years of Experience with enterprise delivery and collaboration tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, and SharePoint.
7. Strong documentation discipline and comfort operating in audit sensitive environments.
8. Experience with Purview

Nice-To-Have Skills:
1. Project management principles (manage workpackages, etc.)
2. Ability to create and present slides
3. Previous experience with Cyera
