We are looking for a driven and resourceful Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in identifying and connecting top-tier talent with leading organizations. We’re seeking someone with a passion for people, a strong understanding of technical roles, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in technical recruiting, either in-house or at an agency.Proven ability to source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of technical roles (e.g., software developers, engineers, IT specialists).Familiarity with modern sourcing tools and platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).Strong communication and interpersonal skills — able to build relationships with candidates and clients alike.Solid understanding of technical terminology, skill sets, and industry trends.Ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.Comfortable conducting initial screening calls and coordinating interview processes.A proactive, self-motivated approach with a passion for connecting people and solving hiring challenges.
