We’re Hiring: Technical Project Support – AML / Sanction List Management
Join our banking client’s Infrastructure Operations & Networks team to support a complex project with LexisNexis products.

Location: Bay Street, Downtown Toronto
Hybrid: 2 days/week onsite

Key Skills: UNIX/LINUX, DB Queries, AUTOSYS, FEEDHUB, ServiceNow, Dynatrace. LexisNexis experience is a plus.

You’ll:
Support production applications & troubleshoot issues across environments
Collaborate with teams, offshore support & vendors
Drive operational excellence & automation initiatives
Monitor apps using Dynatrace/Splunk to prevent incidents

Requirements:
5+ yrs in production support (Azure/OpenShift)
Knowledge of Autosys, Jenkins, SQL, file transfer, distributed systems
Dynatrace, Splunk, Artifactory, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow preferred
