Technical Project Manager

TTP is seeking a hands-on Technical Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale application initiatives. This role requires onsite presence in Toronto, five days a week, with a contract duration of six months with one-year extension. The position offers a rate of $110 per hour.

This is a technical, application-focused PM role, not centered on infrastructure.

Key must-have skills include:
– Writing Business Cases, IT Roadmaps, and Briefing Notes (OPS standard)
– Managing .NET environments (ASP.NET, ADO.NET, .NET Framework)
– Working with Java, Oracle, and MS SQL Server
– Overseeing Azure Cloud, DevOps, and Mobile rollouts
– Leading structured SDLC and Agile delivery
– Reviewing technical team deliverables and resolving day-to-day development issues
– Evaluating build versus procurement (COTS) solutions
– Integrating COTS with custom-built applications
– Strong knowledge of OPS PMO and project lifecycle

OPS experience is highly preferred for this role.
