Technical Program Manager

TTP is currently seeking a Technical Program Manager with experience in Ontario Public Services (OPS).

Contract Details:
– Duration: 20 months to start with the possibility of renewal
– Rate: $120/hr
– Location: On-site in downtown Toronto

Key Responsibilities:
– Lead large-scale IT programs, including system upgrades, security updates, hardware/software refreshes, and migrations.
– Provide strategic guidance for IT infrastructure and applications.
– Manage multidisciplinary teams and multiple Project Managers.
– Oversee vendors, contracts, KPIs, SLAs, and ensure compliance with OPS policies.
– Collaborate with cybersecurity teams on risk assessments and mitigation.
– Deliver full lifecycle program management and executive reporting.

Requirements:
– Proven OPS experience with large IT solutions or public-facing applications.
– 20+ years in technology leadership roles for large IT applications.
– Strong vendor management and stakeholder communication skills.
